You might think that because we're a car detailing service, we ought to charge regular prices for these right? Fair assumption to be completely honest, and if it was possible, of course I would. I would love to hand out free details, gifts and vouches left, right and centre, but unfortunately, that's how small businesses go out of business.

The reason why excess fees apply to disaster details is because of how much extra manual labour is required. Your car will still end up looking just as pretty, just as impeccable, it just takes a lot longer to get there.

Obviously, that means the price has to be raised to compensate for this. And I know it sucks, I know that's frustrating. Believe me, I'm aware. But you come to me to fix your problem, to ease your pain. To detail and restore your car, giving it the love that it deserves. But in order to do this, I have to be thorough. You can't simply just slap on some spray & wax and be on your way. I wish it was that easy!
