You might think that because we're a car detailing service, we ought to charge regular prices for these right? Fair assumption to be completely honest, and if it was possible, of course I would. I would love to hand out free details, gifts and vouches left, right and centre, but unfortunately, that's how small businesses go out of business.
The reason why excess fees apply to disaster details is because of how much extra manual labour is required. Your car will still end up looking just as pretty, just as impeccable, it just takes a lot longer to get there.
